Dismounting
- Models longer than 8 meters need to be disassembled into parts.
Packing
- FCL (Full Container Load): The entire model is wrapped with air bubble film and sponge to protect important and fragile parts such as eyes, claws, and edges.
- LCL (Less than Container Load): Air case or wooden case packaging is used. The entire model is wrapped with air bubble film and sponge to protect important and fragile parts.

- All models must pass a 24-hour functional test before shipping.

LCL Shipping: Models taller than 2.6m (8.5 ft.) or wider than 2m (6.6 ft.) will be disassembled for shipping. We provide an installation manual, video, and tools to make assembly easy. Our team is also available 24/7 via video call to guide you through the installation process.
FCL Shipping: Models taller than 2.8m (9.2 ft.) will be disassembled to fit into the container.
Our Goal: To minimize disassembly and save on shipping costs, we try to keep the models intact whenever possible. This helps you save time on installation.
