LCL Shipping: Models taller than 2.6m (8.5 ft.) or wider than 2m (6.6 ft.) will be disassembled for shipping. We provide an installation manual, video, and tools to make assembly easy. Our team is also available 24/7 via video call to guide you through the installation process.
FCL Shipping: Models taller than 2.8m (9.2 ft.) will be disassembled to fit into the container.
Our Goal: To minimize disassembly and save on shipping costs, we try to keep the models intact whenever possible. This helps you save time on installation.
Our animatronic models come with standard control modes, including infrared sensor and remote control. For more options, you can choose from coin control, customized control, touch control, and other specialized controls.
Absolutely! All our animatronic models are designed for outdoor use. They are fully waterproof and weatherproof, and their functions operate perfectly in extreme temperatures ranging from -30 to 40 degrees Celsius.
We provide a 24 - month warranty and lifelong maintenance service for all our animatronic animals. Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we include extra spare parts and tools with every shipment. Whether your product is under warranty or not, we’ll address your inquiries promptly and offer effective solutions to get everything working smoothly as soon as possible.
Typically, the turnaround time from placing an order to shipment is about 4 weeks. However, if you need your dinosaurs as soon as possible, we recommend choosing from our in - stock items. Alternatively, we can work overtime to expedite the production process and get your order to you faster.
